Uniting Brazil and Israel through Mobility Innovation!
We are proud to have successfully hosted the ACAV Brazil-Israel `Mobility Innovation Mission in Munich, bringing together key players from ACAV (Volkswagen Trucks & Buses Association in Brazil) and leading Israeli mobility startups to foster innovation and collaboration.
The first year of the partnership between BRF, one of the largest food companies in the world, and IBI-Tech was recently celebrated.
BRF is expanding its connection to the open innovation international ecosystem, with IBI-Tech as its partner in the Israel’s vibrant innovative ecosystem.
One of the first results achieved this year was BRF’s investment in Aleph Farms, widely published in the global press https://lnkd.in/d6vyD-6M .
Nexa Resources, one of the five largest zinc mining companies in the world and part of Brazilian conglomerate Votorantim S.A., is expanding its operations in entrepreneurship and innovation through an international partnership with the Israeli company IBI-Tech.
Coupled with a model to foster open innovation, the partnership will allow the exchange of Israeli technologies, solutions, products, and services capable of responding to the main challenges of Nexa’s operations in Brazil and Peru. Furthermore, it will connect Israeli startups and entrepreneurs to the mining industry in these two countries.
Grupo Datora, a Brazilian telecommunication and IoT multinational with 27 years of reference, announces its arrival in the Israeli market.
As Israel is considered the ‘’Startup Nation’’, Datora arrives with the goal of attracting international companies to Brazil, stimulating partnerships that create intelligence and agility in generating business and competitive solutions, especially in the areas of IoT and Agrobusiness.

BRF, one of the largest food companies in the world, has expanded its connection with the open innovation ecosystem at the international level by formalizing a partnership with the Israeli company Ibi-Tech. With that, BRF, through the brfHub, has a direct connection with the entrepreneurial environment of Israel, considered one of the main centers of technological innovation in the world. “BRF has an important role in feeding Brazil and the world, and the partnership with Ibi-Tech should contribute to the purpose of brfHUB in being the connection point between the world of food and innovation agents, connecting our company with entrepreneurs and researchers on a global level ”, says Sergio Pinto, BRF’s Innovation Director.
In 2019, IBI-Tech received more than 100 people who participated in the IBGC Technical Journey for Israel. A fantastic group of Brazilian directors and executives who have experienced a little of Israel, learning and thinking about how and what can be adapted to the Brazilian reality. In all, 110 people visited Israel, the second largest innovation hub in the world. At the meeting, autonomy, assertive decision making, alignment of ideas, tolerance for error and courage, some of the strengths cited as the essence of the Israeli ecosystem. As well as several issues related to new models of corporate governance to encourage innovation in large and medium-sized companies.
It was a great honor for IBI-Tech to welcome this group to Israel, we will always be grateful especially to IBGC for choosing IBI-Tech to co-organize these 3 incredible journeys.

On May 2018, IBI-Tech organized a selected Brazilian delegation to participate in Agritech Israel 2018. Agritech is one of the world’s most important exhibitions in the field of agricultural technologies. As part of our ‘Start Up Nation Experience’ program, our fantastic delegation enjoyed Israel’s Innovation Environment creating impact for their companies back home.
