And on the Israeli side – Better Juice, a company supported by The Kitchen FoodTech Hub – Strauss Group’s incubator and gives consumers what they are looking for: simple ways to reduce sugar in their diets. Better Juice won the “Most Innovative Technology” award at the Startup Innovation Challenge at Health Ingredients Europe in Frankfurt in 2018.
